SUMMARY:St Paul Outdoor Farmers Market | Lowertown - St Paul
DESCRIPTION:For over 170 years\, The St. Paul Farmers’ Market has been proud to enjoy the support of the community. That tradition of support continues today. \nWe are the longest-running farmers’ market in the state of Minnesota. Established in 1854 by the St. Paul Growers’ Association\, the market is a family-friendly destination featuring a diverse array of local vendors that offer an abundance of fresh\, high-quality\, locally sourced products. \nOur definition of ‘local’ is 100 miles from St. Paul – that means all the food you see in our markets is grown or made close to home! The St. Paul Growers’ Association aims to support small businesses in Minnesota and Wisconsin by offering markets for local growers and food producers in Anoka\, Dakota\, Ramsey\, Scott\, and Washington counties.

SUMMARY:St Paul Outdoor Farmers Market | Lowertown - St Paul
DESCRIPTION:For over 170 years\, The St. Paul Farmers’ Market has been proud to enjoy the support of the community. The St. Paul Growers’ Association aims to support small businesses in Minnesota and Wisconsin by offering markets for local growers and food producers in Anoka\, Dakota\, Ramsey\, Scott\, and Washington counties.

SUMMARY:Wild Beauty: The Botanical Art of the Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden Florilegium | Bell Museum - St Paul
DESCRIPTION:Experience the beauty of a special place in the Twin Cities! The Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden is the oldest public native plant garden in the United States. Located in the heart of Minneapolis\, it brings together a diverse collection of plants in woodland\, wetland\, and meadow habitats in just 18 acres. This unique garden started by Eloise (and others) has been carefully cultivated over 120 years by many hands into the wondrous place it is today. \nThe Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden Florilegium captures the intimate details of the beautiful wild plants of this garden. A florilegium is a compendium of illustrations of the plants in a particular place\, as a visual and historical record. Created by artists of the Minnesota School of Botanical Art\, the project reclaims a centuries old form to highlight a special\, public place that’s important today. It carries on a tradition of botanical illustration that brings together art and science to create accurate\, yet expressive\, depictions of living plants. \nThis all-ages exhibition centers on the 111 watercolors of the florilegium. It includes hands-on activities\, such as a collaborative garden mural and an opportunity to learn to draw plants\, as well as a video projection and collections highlights\, including specimens collected by Eloise Butler herself for the University of Minnesota Herbarium. \nThis is a Weekly Recurring Event\nRuns from Sep 26\, 2026 to Jan 3\, 2027 and happens every:\nWednesdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm Timezone: Central Time (US & Canada)\nThursdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm Timezone: Central Time (US & Canada)\nFridays: 10:00am – 4:00pm Timezone: Central Time (US & Canada)\nSaturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm Timezone: Central Time (US & Canada)\nSundays: 10:00am – 4:00pm Timezone: Central Time (US & Canada)
