Spotlight Science: SciPride | Bell Museum – St Paul

Recommended for all ages
Celebrate Pride when we center the work of LGBTQIA+ scientists and allies at the Bell Museum! Meet researchers and experience their work through hands-on activities for all ages around the museum. Explore topics from around the University of Minnesota as you investigate how molecules turn into bubbly foam, discover hyperbolic space through crochet, identify the aquatic creatures, and more! We will also highlight some current research on LGBTQIA+ healthcare and host University of Minnesota groups engaging LGBTQIA+ youth in our community.
This public program is open to all.
Spotlight Science is a regular program connecting you to current science conducted at the University of Minnesota and in our community. Join researchers, students, and special guests for conversations and unique interactive experiences.
