oin local author David LaRochelle and illustrator Colleen Muske for a storytime celebration of their new picture book, HOW TO DRAW A TREE!
The key to drawing a tree—or anything, for that matter—is to understand your subject. How do you get to know a tree? Use all your senses! Enjoy a read-aloud of this sweet picture book with David and Colleen, followed by a book signing.
To attend: This event is open to the public, but registration helps us when considering spatial constraints. You can register for a ticket for free on Eventbrite through August 9, 9:00am, and preorder the book on Red Balloon’s website. Additional copies of HOW TO DRAW A TREE will be available for purchase during the event, but ordering ahead guarantees your copy.
Signing Guidelines: Following the event, David LaRochelle and Colleen Muske will sign and personalize copies of the book. If you would prefer not to stay for the signing portion, Red Balloon can have your books signed and personalized for you and will contact you when they’re ready to be picked up.
