Applefest at the Arb | MN Landscape Arboretum

Join us for the Arboretum’s third annual Apple Fest featuring a variety of family-friendly activities highlighting apples. Discover the University of Minnesota and Horticultural Research Center’s rich history of apple research and breeding with apple bingo and trivia with Arboretum experts, orchard tours, apple tasting, lawn games, music by Traveled Ground and apple-themed concessions from Rootstock.

This year’s festivities will include the Farm at the Arb, the Arboretum’s main campus and the ever-popular AppleHouse (1.5 miles west of the main Arboretum gate). A convenient shuttle will loop around to the three locations so visitors can enjoy all of the apple activities and shop for fresh apples, pies, squash and more! You’ll also find a scavenger hunt and more shopping in the Gift & Garden Store in the Oswald Visitor Center, enjoy StoryTime in the Andersen Horticultural Library and meander past whimsical scarecrow displays around the main gardens.
