8 {MORE} Local Instagram Accounts We Love

Instagram 8

We’re big fans of Instagram – it’s a great way to find out about new products, local hot spots you didn’t know were even out there, and just relate to others through mainly visuals. And the local Instagram scene is chock full of fun accounts. Here’s another list of our favorites – find our original list at the end of this one.

@thedivinelivingspace

It’s her bright happy style combined with the way every room turns out so dang cozy looking. We end up relaxed just by looking at her designs!

@wildruffle

Run by two fabulous local ladies (one a former TCMB Contributor!) who’ve turned an online shop into a brick & mortar with a lot of love for local. Their style is amazing, but they know how to enjoy our Minnesota landscape too.

Gorgeous day to hang out on the lake with friends! #priorlake #lakelife #welovesummer

Bookmark this one now. This is where you look in January when it’s the fourth blizzard in a week and you need to be reminded of Minnesota’s beauty.

@champagneandmacaroons

While we tote our kids in the Burley and end up sweaty and in need of a nice sangria to recharge, this gal makes biking around Lake Calhoun look like a breeze. We love her style.

@capturestpaul

We love this feed because St. Paul doesn’t get nearly enough press. And they capture her beauty perfectly.

Her words are honest and raw, and her feed is gorgeous – it’ll give you all the good feels.

@nadiacakescupcakes

We love that this shop, which everyone loves, is run by a couple that chose to plant here. They picked Minnesota because they loved it and we love them right back. Not to mention the way they festively create something new for all kinds of random holidays.

@foxmeetsbear

She’s got this amazing earthy feel to every post and thousands of people follow her because she’s got something special. That said, we fell in love with this super honest post right here.

It doesn't matter if someone has 12 followers or 77.5 million (ugh taylor swift), everyone has their good and bad moments, beautiful and messy, successes and failures and loads of rough days. I know we all know it, but just saying it again, that we all have them. For example, we teach empathy like no one's business over here and just last week Lue was being a regular toddler and straight up squished a worm and here I am thinking, "Girl! That is a real animal with a real heart! Have I taught you nothing!" But of course I didn't post the squished worm. It doesn't matter the number of followers, we all choose certain things we enjoy taking photographs of, celebrate, or share with others. Everyone does. Even someone with 100 followers isn't showing every single aspect of their day. That's impossible. In a curated world where even snapchat can be edited/re-shot, the things that are so important is who we really are or want to be behind the square or screen. I'm curious of your thoughts on such a visual world. I want to always challenge myself to grow and change into a better version of myself. I don't even know if this all makes sense, but just wanted to say that everyone has beautiful things to offer the world and while its okay to focus and surround ourselves by them, we all have a million and one areas to grow and improve in. So yes, we love the woods like crazy and want to wake on a bed of leaves and moss, but we also shop at Target. Lue is currently obsessed with my little pony's, you know, those little (plastic 😩) horses named Pinkie Pie and Night-Howler Moon Dash or something, and I've given Minoux all the organic goodness, redwood, local teethers she could ever dream of, and still she sometimes just like to gnaw on a good pair of princess heels of Luella's. ✨ In other news, her giggle while riding in the cart is too sweet. I get lost listening to it and forget what I'm even shopping for. #Classic
