This event is open to all ages and its come and go as you please.
Celebrating Lunar New Year/Tet 2025
Come celebrate and have fun with others by making your own pop-out snake book, where you can include affirmations for how you’d like to grow, and what you’d like to shed (like a snake’s skin!) for the new year. This free, drop-in workshop (all materials included) will be facilitated by local artist Dawn Wing, and is appropriate for anyone ages 10 and up! Ages 9 and under are welcome to join, but are encouraged to have adult supervision to help with the creative process!

About the Artist
Dawn Wing(she/her) is a creative cross-pollinator of comics, zines, prints, artist books, visual poetry, paper folding and more. A third-generation Chinese American originally from NYC, Dawn is currently based in St. Paul, Minnesota / Mni Sota Makoce – Homeland of the Dakota and Annishinaabe.
