Join me on Sunday, May 18th from 9:30-10:30AM at Communal Studio, located in The Shops at West End in St. Louis Park for a Prenatal Yoga Workshop!
Learn how to safely practice yoga during pregnancy, key poses to help relieve common discomforts, and movements to use in labor. All trimesters welcome with the support of your care provider.
Free parking is conveniently available in the underground garage. The studio has extra yoga mats and props available. Dress comfortably and bring water.
