Take a refreshing self-guided walk through the historic North Commons Park and immerse yourself in the stories of community leaders. This winter event offers a unique opportunity to celebrate the rich history of the Northside, foster connections, and highlight Black & BIPOC stories and storytellers!
Enjoy meaningful conversations, gather around a cozy bonfire to roast s’mores, and learn about the magic and legacy of North Commons. Whether you’re here to explore, reflect, or simply have fun, this event offers something for everyone.
Share your story with us! Bring your favorite North Commons moment, a note of advice, a funny joke, a message of hope or connection, any story that comes to mind. We will have a station for YOU to tell your story.
This event is free and families of all shapes and sizes are encouraged to attend! Come together on February 22 from 2 – 4 p.m. to celebrate the beauty of nature, community, and shared stories. We can’t wait to see you there!
