GLOW Holiday Festival – St Paul: Everything You Need to Know!

The GLOW Holiday Festival is set to illuminate St. Paul’s CHS Field from November 20, 2025, through January 4, 2026. Celebrating its fifth year, this annual event has become a cherished holiday tradition, offering a dazzling array of lights, attractions, and festive activities for all ages. We LOVE this family-friendly event — and are certain you will too!

Attractions

Visitors can look forward to a variety of captivating experiences:

New this year:

  • Merry Carousel is a beautifully lit, whimsical ride for kids and kids-at-heart (great for those non-thrill seekers who want to avoid the Giant Snowy Slide and Vixen’s Zipline!)
  • The Royal Realm walk-through experience that includes a storybook entrance with an enchanted 30-foot-tall Fairytale Castle illuminated by over 10,000 lights, a vibrant Majestic Garden filled with hundreds of colorful blossoms, a sparkling Imperial Fountain that moves like real water, The King’s Jewel– a magnificent 10-foot-tall shimmering golden ornament, and a magical Royal Zoo where glowing animals bring the night to life.

    GLOW Spectacular: A synchronized light and music show that runs every 20 minutes, transforming the entire stadium into a vibrant display of holiday cheer.

  • Tremendous Tree: Standing at 60 feet, this programmable tree serves as the centerpiece of the festival, showcasing dynamic light patterns that captivate audiences.
  • Vixen’s Zip Line: For thrill-seekers, this 300-foot zip line offers a unique aerial perspective of the illuminated landscape, gliding 34 feet above the outfield.
  • Giant Snowy Slide: A 120-foot slide providing exhilarating rides with panoramic views of the St. Paul skyline.
  • Enchanted Forest: A whimsical trail featuring larger-than-life mushrooms, glowing trees, and playful huts, perfect for a magical stroll.
  • sElfie Plaza: Designed for photo enthusiasts, this area offers festive backdrops ideal for capturing holiday memories.
  • Penguin Playground: An interactive zone for children, featuring light-up seesaws, swings, and climbing structures.

Concessions

Attendees can indulge in a variety of seasonal treats and beverages:

  • Food and Beverage Stands: Multiple stations throughout the festival offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, including traditional ballpark favorites and holiday-themed delights.
  • Kid’s Meal: A hot dog or grilled cheese and chips!
  • Blitzen’s Lounge: A heated full-service bar providing a cozy spot to relax and enjoy festive drinks.
  • Reindeer Run: A gathering place where guests can roast s’mores over brick igloo fire pits, adding a sweet touch to the evening.

Hours and Pricing

The festival operates from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on select dates. Entry times are reserved hourly, starting at 5:00 PM, with the last entry at 8:00 PM. Guests are welcome to stay until closing at 9:00 PM.

Ticket prices are as follows:

  • Adults (13 and up): $21.75
  • Children (ages 3-12): $12.75
  • Children 2 and under: Free

Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Please note that GLOW is a cashless event; credit or debit cards are required for all purchases.

Parking

CHS Field offers multiple parking options:

  • Parking Lots and Ramps: Various facilities are available near the venue. Some may be cash-only, so it’s advisable to have cash on hand.
  • Street Parking: Metered street parking is available in the surrounding area.

The Main entrance is on N. Broadway between 5th St. E and 6th St. E. There are many parking options nearby, including parking lots, parking ramps, and street parking.

KELLOGG BRIDGE CLOSURE Kellogg-3rd Street Bridge is closed. Please take detours along Mounds Blvd, to westbound East 7th St, and then southbound on Wall St or Wacouta St.

 

Additional Information

  • Accessibility: The festival is a walk-through event. Guests are welcome to bring their own wheelchairs or scooters as needed. While the concourse level is accessible, field access may be challenging depending on weather conditions.
  • Weather Policy: In the event of a cancellation due to extreme weather, tickets can be transferred to a different date or refunded upon request.
  • Community Giving: Since its inception in 2020, GLOW has donated over $350,000 to local charities, with $1 from every ticket sold contributing to this effort.
