Wow. 10,000 Facebook followers. If we could put into words what your suppport and the growth of this community has meant to us, we would, but it’s just such a big feeling. Almost more than this milestone, is that we have such an engaged community of readers: there are just under 2,000 moms involved in our community groups on Facebook, which is more than heart-warming, it’s encouraging. Those groups are one of our favorite parts of this Twin Cities Familys Blog community – to see new moms to the area have a place to meet others in their neighborhood, a place for moms planted here for a long time to make friends who have children their age and to see you all take time for some girl time sans kiddos has been an amazing thing to watch.
We are more than grateful to have this community and we just had to find a BIG way to thank you. What mom couldn’t use a getaway, right? With the family or without. With your spouse or with girlfriends, one very lucky mama is going to have a 3-night stay at Cragun’s Resort on Gull Lake. This is far and away a place you have to check out. People that know their Minnesota hot spots sing praises of this resort, and this is a great place to make some memories and get away from it all.
