One of our passions at Twin Cities Familys Blog is to provide opportunities for moms and families to connect with each other, and this is one of the main reasons we love planning and providing events for families in our community. While we are so thankful that our 2nd Annual Family Fun Day event was able to take place, this event was marked with difficulties and sadness for our team. We first want to take a moment to express our deepest sympathy for all that the Minnehaha Academy community is enduring. As our original host sponsors, we were devastated to hear of the tragedy that took place at their upper campus just days before the event. Our hearts continue to be with the Minnehaha Academy community, and we hope that if you have not taken the chance to donate yet, that you would consider doing so as they seek to raise funds to help rebuild.
We are so thankful that when we reached out to Mounds Park Academy, a friend of ours and the Minnehaha community, they agreed to host this event for us on their campus in Saint Paul.

Giveaways and Goody Bags
Thank you to everyone who brought school supplies for our raffle! We were thrilled to partner with Kids in Need Foundation, a non-profit helping to provide school supplies to children who need them, setting them up for a successful school year. Thanks to all of you, Kids in Need Foundation was able to take home tubs full of school supplies!
And a huge thank you to all of our fabulous giveaway sponsors that provided so many amazing prizes for our attendees!
