How do composers use music to tell a story that has already been written? Join Music Director Thomas Søndergård as we dive into pieces that, through purposeful orchestration by the composer, take widely known stories and put their own unique spin on them through symphonic music.
Ticket prices range from $15 to $29 for adults and are FREE for kids through the Hall Pass program. This one-hour relaxed concert format is designed for audiences of all ages, including individuals with autism or sensory sensitivities. Arrive early to participate in lobby activities, including opportunities to try instruments, engage in creative movement, make art, learn more about the program and meet Minnesota Orchestra musicians.
