It was ultimate relaxation with yoga and mimosas at our latest Moms’ Morning Out at Natural Bed + Home last month! Held at the International Market Square building, moms were treated to delicious breakfast treats courtesy of D’Amico Catering complete with sparkling mimosas.
Monique Maxwell from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis led a truly relaxed yet invigorating yoga and meditation session. This was the first time some of our moms had tried yoga and Monique made the experience comfortable and fun for everyone.
Moms who didn’t participate in yoga were invited inside Natural Bed + Home’s super cozy store to try out their pillows and bedding made of all natural materials. After yoga everyone cozied up on the beds inside of the store and listened to Welcome Baby Care speak about the importance of sleep for mom and baby. They answered a lot of questions for our moms and gave away a sleep machine along with a personal sleep consultation.
Karna Hatzigeorgiou the owner of Natural Bed + Home gave us a little education on the benefits of natural materials in bedding. Did you know that dust mites don’t like wool? Participants loved trying out the nutrition bars from FLYJOY after yoga. A perfect snack for on the go moms that has nothing but good stuff inside to keep us going!
