The experience likely has ruined regular moviegoing for me… and I am honestly looking forward to my return trip! Here are some of my favorite things that set this venue apart from your more standard theaters:
The Take Five Lounge: a MUST stop once you’re inside! The sleek inviting lounge and bar area just off the lobby is perfect for gathering with your spouse or friends before showtime. The lounge features a bar, table and booth seating options where you have access to full dinner and drink menu selections. I would highly recommend the strawberry margarita or one of the local craft beers on tap! The friendly staff was very knowledgeable of the menu, speaking to popular picks as well as personal favorites. Whether you are catching a matinee or a late night showing, the lounge is a great choice to satisfy your food and drink cravings! Order and eat, or bring your selections right to your seat to enjoy during the show!
The Big Screen Bistro auditorium: This is the real deal Holyfield (husband quote). A full dinner menu and concession items are available to order and delivered to your seat before the trailers even begin. Of the theatre’s three Big Screen Bistro auditoriums, they even have a SuperScreen DLX option where you can enjoy an oversized screen and immersive sound experience. Its cushy Dreamlounger recliners are the only way to watch the latest action thriller or rom-com. The leather chairs have built-in tray tables, automatic recline and a call button for any mid-movie snack/drink/dessert requests. Just what this mama needed after leaving 4 little boys at home for the night!
You want to know my very favorite part? When does a mom get to EAT and kick their FEET up to be waited on, all at the same time?! Never (husband objects). Because if my family meals are anything like yours, you don’t sit down for most of them… let alone kick your feet up! For the foodies out there, we enjoyed an onion ring appetizer, a classic burger and fries, mac and cheese, and even had donuts for dessert! Of course, we also had to enjoy some traditional movie theater popcorn – because what is a movie without popcorn?!
