Chalk it up for Maple Grove Chalk Fest!
They are hosting their 11th annual Maple Grove Chalk Fest, which features a two-day art festival with entertainment, food, and family fun. Sign us up!
Chalkfest Maple Grove returns to downtown Main Street in Maple Grove, MN, between Elm Creek Boulevard and Arbor Lakes Parkway on June 13 & 14, 2026, from 10 AM – 6 PM. The artists will be chalking, and the public is welcome to view the art as it is being created. June 15th is also a viewing day unti the chalk is washed away around 7 PM.

Rain or shine, more than 40 professionals, amateurs, and artists from all over the world, will be chalking for the public to view their art being created right in front of your eyes.
Throughout the festival, visitors can watch artists work in real time and explore completed chalk murals across the grounds. With local vendors, food options, and a relaxed, walkable outdoor layout, Chalkfest is an easy outing whether you’re stopping in for an hour or staying the full day.
The event is kid-friendly, and dog-friendly (for the well-behaved pups) and will be full of family fun and memories.
According to the event, “The Chalkfest Mural Tour is on display in surprise locations on downtown Main St., The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, and The Fountains. Find the murals, take a photo, and post to social media with #ChalkfestMapleGrove for a chance to WIN gift cards and prizes from Maple Grove Business Association members. The top 5 photos will be selected and announced following the Chalkfest event.”
