Tammie and her husband, Dave, are raising their four kids on a hobby farm just outside of Woodbury. During the week Tammie homeschools her crew and works as the church engagement director for a local nonprofit. On the weekends she stitches boo boos, sets broken bones, and saves the world from strep throat and stomach bugs as a Physician Assistant in a local emergency department. Tammie loves building community, encouraging others and is a passionate advocate for vulnerable children. She writes about matters of faith, life, and all this happy madness on her blog twentyshekels You can catch her on Facebook or catch a glimpse over at Instagram.
