13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview
The International School of Minnesota (ISM) is stepping into the spotlight as it competes in the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) One-Act Play competition for the very first time — and the public is invited to see the show that launched this exciting milestone.
This year’s production, 13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview, is a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud comedy that follows two frazzled college interviewers as they face a parade of unforgettable applicants. From wildly unconventional talents to hilariously misplaced confidence, each character adds to the chaos in this sharp, relatable, and energetic look at the pressures of college admissions.
Directed by ISM’s new drama director, Charlie Diefenbach-Healy, the show features a fearless student cast, quick comedic timing, and a fun, imaginative set designed to heighten the humor and bring the interview world to life.
“This cast brings creativity, curiosity, and heart into every rehearsal,” said Diefenbach-Healy. “There will be a lot of laughter and energy on stage.”
Families and community members can see 13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview at ISM’s Leila C. Saad Performing Arts Center on Thursday, January 22 and Friday, January 23 at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $5 at the door.
Join us for an evening of comedy, creativity, and student talent as ISM celebrates its debut in the MSHSL One-Act Play competition. This is a fun, family-friendly performance you won’t want to miss!
