Glow Skate/Sled – Winterfest | Anoka

Join us for a flurry of activities at Anoka Winterfest, now a multiday event to appeal to all age groups! 
Experience a variety of outdoor (and indoor) activities.

Enjoy the great outdoors and all that Anoka has to offer.

Monday, January 12 – Speed Puzzle (Preregister ; see below)

  • 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Speed Puzzle Competition at Green Haven Golf Course, 2800 Green Haven Rd. ($30/team up to 4 people| min 7 teams max 16 teams)

Tuesday, January 13 – Rumriver Art Center Winterfest Craft Project (Preregistration required; see below) 

  • 12:30 p.m. Winterfest Craft with Rumriver Art Center at the Anoka Senior Center, 1500 6th Ave.
  • 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Rumriver Art Center, 2665 4th Ave #103

Wednesday, January 14 – Luminary Trail at Green Haven Golf and Event Center

  • 5:30-7 p.m. Luminary ski, snowshoe, fat tire bike, or walk groomed trail at Green Haven Golf Course, 2800 Green Haven Rd.
  • 5:30-7 p.m. Cocoa with the Cops and Smore’s with the Fire Department at Green Haven Golf Course, 2800 Green Haven Rd.

Thursday, January 15 – Glow Disc Golf at the Cedars at Green Haven (Registration required; at location)
                                                      Get Out and SKATE with Anoka Area Hockey Association (Free Event; Preregistration requested, see below) 

  • 6:00 p.m. The Cedars at Green Haven Disc Golf Course, 2800 Green Haven Rd. | $5 buy in, Top 33% payout
  • 6:10 – 7:10 p.m. Try Hockey for Free with Anoka Area Hockey Association Open Skate; Preregistration required; Bring your own skates and helmet

Friday, January 16– Glow Skate/Sled All Ice Rink Locations (Free Event)

  • 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. All Ice Rink Locations | Sledding is weather permitting if snow on hill at George Enloe Park. All warming houses will have glow sticks to hand out to skaters
