We are thrilled to be partnering with The Shops at West End for a fantastic evening of shopping, a cocktail party with wine and appetizers provided by our sponsor Cooper and a showing of the new movie Moms Night Out, set to release on May 9th.  Registration starts at 4pm, however, you can register anytime before 6:15pm.  Grab a girlfriend and join us!

The Shopping

You can start your evening early and use the shopping pass that comes with your ticket – this includes discounts to many of the fabulous West End businesses.  No worries if one night isn’t enough time, the shopping pass is good through the weekend.  The shopping doesn’t stop just because the party starts – we have six fantastic vendors joining us at the event, so you can keep on browsing while you enjoy the party.  Our vendors include: Kokoon, Noonday Collection, HauteBarre, MINQ, LaLaRed, Wish Boutique, Barrel Butter and Ladibugs Hair Care.  Check out their websites to get an idea of some of the goodies they’ll be bringing along.

The Party

We’re beyond excited to have Cooper Pub as a sponsor.  Cooper is part of a fantastic family of local pubs and will be providing light apps and your first glass of wine.  Don’t fret – if you’d like a second (or a third!), they’ll have a bar on site. Soda and bottled water will also be available.

The Raffle

The prizes at this event will be part of a raffle.  Please note that your ticket price does NOT include raffle tickets, as this is an optional component of the event. 100% of all of raffle proceeds will go directly to the Second Stork. You can purchase raffle tickets online in advance HERE or bring cash the day of, though we STRONGLY recommend you purchase your tickets ahead of time to keep things efficient. Plus, you’ll only enter to win what you really want to!  You’ll be able to put your raffle tickets into the pot for only the prizes you’re interested in.

We are honored to be able to partner with Second Stork.  Second Stork is a Twin Cities based non-profit that helps new parents in critical need.  Second Stork provides essential care items for newborns, including diapers, cribs, crib sheets, formula and play gyms, to local hospital social workers and nurses. These professionals use their judgement and experience to distribute the items to parents in need, with no red tape, bureaucracy nor approvals required.  Second Stork has no religious or political affiliation and exists purely to help people in need who have no other immediate options for support.  Second Stork is 100% volunteer based.

Moms supporting moms: Help us give back!  We’ll be collecting items for Second Stork and hope you will join us in supporting this fantastic organization!  We’ll be collecting the following NEW items: newborn diapers {newborn size only}, NEW port-a-crib sheets {any color, but NOT full size crib sheets}, port-a-cribs/pack-and-plays and play gyms. Please note that these items can be of ANY brand, but all MUST be new and in manufacturer packaging to be accepted.  Twin Cities Familys Blog will manage transportation of all items to Second Stork.

 The Movie

If you haven’t heard of this movie yet, you HAVE to check out the Moms Night Out trailer!  It’s all about one mom and her friends who just want one.night.out. and all they have to go through to get there.  Sound familiar?  Rather than drag your hubby to this one, how about sitting in a theater full of women who “get it?”

General Admission: $15 {includes shopping pass, drink ticket and swag bag}

VIP Ticket: $20 {includes the same as General Admission plus your Moms Night Out movie ticket!}

Prices will go up by $5 each after May 8th. Tickets will be available at the door.

Raffle tickets are $1 each and can be purchased in packs of $5, $10 and $20. All raffle proceeds will benefit Second Stork.

Remember – swag bags are limited and the only way to secure yours is to register early!
