Today’s I am a Twin Cities Family feature is all about Darcie Pierson
“Hi! I’m a mom of two boys (12 and 4) and I work full-time as a human resources professional, now entirely home-based since the pandemic. I can be found walking our dog, checking out a state park or just enjoying our back yard. I enjoy volunteering at a local food bank one time a month where I’ve started to find my place among the retiree community there! I serve on our city’s Beyond the Yellow Ribbon committee and love finding new parks with my boys.”
What do you love about calling the Twin Cities home?
I was born and raised in the Twin Cities and continue to call it my home because it’s where all my family lives. I’ve always been one to stay very close to them. Plus, I love the variety of seasons we experience here – sledding in the winter all the way to 90+ degree days at the beach in the summer.
