EatPakd lunches use quality, nutritious ingredients and are customizable, chef-tested and kid-approved. Served in proprietary packaging, EatPakd lunches are easy to put in a lunchbox and stay fresh while on the go.
The EatPakd platform enables parents to easily order lunches online for the upcoming week and choose from a wide selection of balanced meals. Each lunch contains protein, fruit, veggies and something sweet, and EatPakd professional chefs have created offerings for a variety of dietary and taste preferences. All EatPakd lunches are peanut and tree nut free and are allergen-friendly.
Co-founded by Kara O’Dempsey, Rebecca Sholiton and Nate Cooper, EatPakd was created with the simple mission of wanting to provide real food for real families who live busy lives.

Prepared in a commercial kitchen, EatPakd lunches are made, packed and delivered anywhere in the Midwest via FedEx using cold technology in two days. EatPakd meal plans start at $26/week, with four, eight, or 12-Pak delivery options.
