Anyone who has spent any time at the Minnesota State Fair knows that food is a big part of the experience! We’re in luck as the new State Fair Food list was just released. With over 500 foods to choose from 300 concession locations throughout the fairgrounds, there is certain to be something for everyone. If you love food on a stick, you are in luck! There are DOZENS food options that come on a stick. We all know that eating food on a stick is all part of the state fair experience!
The Minnesota State Fair will kick off on August 21 and will run through Labor Day, September 1. In 2025, there are 33 NEW Minnesota State Fair Food options and 8 new food vendors to check out. - AFRO DELI — Afro Bean Pops: Savory deep-fried bites of ground black-eyed peas, onions, jalapeños, cilantro and seasonings. Served with a spicy red chili sauce atop a bed of mixed greens. (Vegan, Gluten Free) (Gluten-Friendly)
- DINO’S GYROS— Athena’s Whipped Feta Whipped feta topped with schug – a Middle Eastern green sauce made with jalapeños, garlic, cilantro, parsley and fresh herbs – drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with crunchy toasted wild rice. Each year, the Fair announces the NEW Minnesota State Fair Food vendors. This year, there are EIGHT new food vendors to try!
- BEAN’S & BEIGNETS: Beans & Beignets offers warm, made-from-scratch beignets—golden fried pastries dusted with powdered sugar—alongside a selection of hot and iced drinks like coffee, tea, chai lattes, and espresso-based beverages.
- CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CUP:
Chocolate Strawberry Cup offers a fresh take on strawberries, serving them in a cup and dressed up in four distinct flavor combinations. Choose from:
