Earlier this month, our team got to experience all that is the Radisson Blu Mall of America for our 2017 Executive Team Retreat. From the breathtaking aesthetic to the incredibly attentive staff, to say that our stay was excellent is an understatement. The Hotel
Upon walking into the Radisson Blu Mall of America, we were immediately struck by the beauty of the space. With its modern decor, funky hanging chairs, and cozy fireplace, the lobby alone makes you want to stay here forever! The rooms have a modern vibe as well and we enjoyed the comfortable beds along with the amenities of the rooms including the in-room fridge, coffeemaker, and cozy bathrobes.
The Experience
Our team could not stop remarking about how fantastic the Radisson Blu Mall of America is for a weekend getaway! Whether it’s a romantic weekend away from the kids with your spouse, a fun-filled girls weekend, or a family stay cation, the Radisson Blu truly has amenities to fit every need. You could enjoy an intimate dining experience with your significant other, savor a shopping and spa day with your girls, or you could splash with your kids in the pool…. all under one roof!
Perhaps the most incredible part of the experience is the hotel’s proximity to the Mall of America. The hotel has a skyway that connects you directly to the mall, which is perfect for hitting the stores, taking your kiddos to the rides, endless dining options, or even just for easy access back to the room for nap time after a day of mall fun. The hotel also has its own parking ramp just for hotel patrons, making it convenient and accessible for you and your family.
The Restaurant
We cannot contain our love for FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar at the Radisson Blu Mall of America! Our team enjoyed breakfast, dinner, and everything in between from FireLake and each meal we enjoyed was exquisite. The menu is so versatile and caters to everyone- even kids! You could easily come here to enjoy a quick happy hour, a hearty family meal, or a fine dining experience. There are two separate seating areas- one more casual and one more formal – so you could choose what vibe best suites your needs. The ambiance at FireLake is also incredible and we completely fell in love with the cozy booths and rustic decor!
