Baking Betty’s does not just create cookies but brownies, rice krispie treats, cookie cakes, cookie pops, gluten-free cookies as well as dog treats. T- Rex Cookie has only two locations but they offer shipping locally, nationwide or if you are craving that 1/2 pound cookie now, you can order via Grubhub, DoorDash or UberEats. This Valentine’s Day they created a chocolate-covered strawberry cookie, along with the classic sugar cookie with red sprinkles. They also had a Nerds cookie and freeze-dried Skittles cookie. These colorful creations are as fun to look at as they are to eat. You only need to purchase one (maybe two) cookie to feed an entire family!

Robyn was living in NYC and wanted a little taste of home in Minnesota so she started to make her mother’s cookie recipe and sold them out of her New York apartment. What started in her tiny kitchen in New York to remind her of home, now is a thriving cookie company in the Twin Cities area. With many locations around the cities, these bite-sized creations are satisfying that sweet took one little thumb at a time!
